    Soft and chewy center with a slightly crispy edge. Mom's recipe! $22/dz.

    Snickerdoodle cookies

    Soft and chewy cookie, bursting with cinnamon & sugar with a little tang. $20/dz. 

    pumpkin bars

    Rich in pumpkin flavor and moist, these bars are topped with a generous layer of cream cheese frosting. $25/dz.

    cupcakes

    Available by the dozen, one flavor per dozen. Starting $36/dz.

    oreo truffles

    Decadent, bite sited treats. Crushed Oreos, mixed with cream cheese and dipped in chocolate. $36/dz.

    Mimi's was established in 2013, by Mindy Bryant. She has always had a passion for artistic creativity and fell in love with cake decorating after creating her daughter's first birthday cake in 2009. 

    Mindy's precision and attention to detail result in delicious, show stopping designer cakes that your guests will rave about for years to come! 

    Mimi's is a home bakery, located in Pleasant Hill, Iowa.
