The Hopkins

My friend, Sara asked me to make a special cake for her husband’s birthday.  Marc is from Coventry, England.  Since he is so far from home, Sara always tries to do something extra special for his birthday.  This year, she asked me to come up with the perfect cake to go along with his birthday dinner of fish and chips (wrapped in custom made newspaper print!)  I incorporated the subway logo (with their family name), the Union Jack and England flag.  On top sits a cookie Sara had specially made with Coventry’s football logo printed on it.

…and the “Wife of the Year” award goes to…Sara Hopkins!!!
